Upstairs features two additional bedrooms with the northern room featuring a queen and twin bed while the gulf-facing room contains a king bed with an additional twin bed. A beautiful, spacious porch overlooks the gulf and seats the whole family comfortably. The home is protected with Phenomenal Aire Cold Plasma generators which produce healthy ions that eliminate harmful allergens whiles serving as a natural scrubbing agent for the air and all surfaces in the home. The downstairs area of the house is truly one of a kind. It boasts a gorgeous, spacious area that features a hot tub, propane grill, and private outdoor shower.
