2024 Beach Trip

This property was incredible, we have stayed in multiple properties over the years in both Gulf Shores and Fort Morgan and this was one ranks at the top of the list. The house was very clean when we arrived and everything worked as it should. All of the rooms were spacious and the overall layout was great for multiple families and children so that everyone has privacy and was open in the common areas so the 12 of us could all be comfortable and not get in each others way while cooking, eating, or just enjoying the space. The location was great with a beautiful view of the gulf and easy access to a stretch of beach that truly felt private. As a group we decided we will definitely try to visit this property again.

Wonderful Gulf Location

Other than a few off season equipment glitch's the property was outstanding, very spacy and well equipped. Look forward to staying here again!

Mighty Fine is correct!
Loved this place! We come to the beach every year, my entire family w/kids, spouses, and grandkids. The inside of this house, the layout and the amenities, were phenomenal. It sits just off the Beach but is a beachfront property, you walk through 40 yards of sand dunes to get on the beach. There were dozens of beach toys for kids (you don't need to buy any), games, TVs in every room, each room has its own bathroom and there are walkout balconies for three of the rooms. The layout and decor is very updated, I was actually looking at another Reed RE property but discussed our group size with one of their agents (Hunter/Nolan?) and they recommended this place. Saved me money and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, shout out to the Reed RE staff. Had a couple questions that were answered very quickly, a slight cook top issue (it is a convection cook top so only works with the proper pans, all provided). Nolan was there in a few minutes to troubleshoot and correct (wrong cookware), we were very pleased with responsiveness. Beach is quiet and very enjoyable, proximity to store is 500 yards down the road, and just a few miles to the Dollar General/gas/butcher shop/fresh seafood shop, all of which are worth your time. Stop at Rouse's on your way in for your grocery shopping to minimize trips to the store and maximize beach/vacation. We loved this place!
