Sea Glass House
Great location right on the beach, there is public access next to the house but they gave us our space. Lots of room, ok stocked kitchen with pots, pans, cookie sheets 9x13 pans, not all in the best shape but they worked. Non filtered drinking water and an extra ice maker so we never ran out. Fuzzy blankets and towels folded like amimals welcomed us! There is a storage shed with sand toys, chairs, boogie boards that we were not expecting. Always hot water for showers. One bedroom did not have a smoke alarm. Overall we had a wonderful week!

Absolutely Fabulous!
I researched close to 50 properties for a beach trip for a group of 10 friends. I wanted to do this as a gift to them for helping me last summer during my husband‘s illness and death. I chose Sea Glass, and it was a wonderful decision. Some of the best features of this vacation home are its perfect proximity to the beach; a beautiful screened in porch is huge and plenty of room to gather during early morning or a gorgeous sunset; and four bedrooms on the main level with doors that keep noise in the main living area for those staying up later. A large primary bedroom upstairs has a huge bath, with another bedroom featuring two queen beds, also with its own bath. The kitchen is fully equipped and opens to the great room. We found Sea Glass to be the perfect gathering place, and certainly want to return. I’m certainly appreciative to the owners and Reed Real Estate for an incredible week!

Very nice vacation with family!
Our family enjoyed our stay at Sea Glass immensely. The house was perfect for our group of 14. We loved the layout of the house especially the 4 bedrooms down and two up. There was plenty of deck space to enjoy the outdoors when not on the beach. The screened in porch was a real plus. We arrived to a very clean house and it lacked nothing. The only thing I question, is the check-in process. Most places we have stayed don't require going to an office to get the code or key. It is usually sent via email and this makes it a little easier. It wasn't a real big deal in this case because the office was just a couple miles down the road. The property is close to a few good restaurants in Ft. Morgan and we took advantage of this a couple of times. Loved the location..just steps from the beach! Beautiful home with lots of extras. Thank you and we will definitely consider this property when vacationing in Ft. Morgan.

Wonderful beach house! Steps from the sand. Plenty of room for our girls weekend trip.

Spring Break - two families + guests

We were thrilled with the house in Fort Morgan! It's really well laid out for a group of 5 adults and 6 kids ages ranging from 16 - 10. We had plenty of space and were very comfortable. The location is perfect for quiet uncrowded beach days and close enough to town to go out to dinner when we wanted. Beautifully decorated and had everything we needed - we'll definitely be back!

Long awaited Family time

The house was clean and cozy when we got there. Check in & out and everything about the rental process was super easy. The pictures online are accurate, the house is beautiful and the beds are comfortable. But my favorite place was the porch overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, it was perfect.

Beautiful home
We loved staying in this house!!! The view from the kitchen and living area was spectacular. There was plenty of room for our large extended family. We enjoyed coffee on the porch every morning and relaxing on the porch at the end of our day. The kitchen is large enough that we three girls had ample room to move around while preparing meals. We’ve been coming to Fort Morgan for many years and enjoy every minute we are there. This year we saw dolphins every morning. I can’t thank Reed Reality for making everything super easy. They are always very friendly and efficient. Check in is super easy. We had an issue with one of the bathrooms, called Reed and within just a few minutes someone was there to fix the problem. We will definitely rent this house again!
