Great place!
Great place. Clean, right on the beach. Great price. Good space. Appliances functioning. Great air condition! Plenty of linens/towels. A great location for family (infant and toddler with us!) Will definitely book again.

Great Stay
We had a great stay at Sit & Swann, loved being right next to the beach. The house had perfect amount of space for what we needed. There were a couple of very minor issues, but nothing that made our stay any different than it would have been if there hadn't been issues. The only thing that would have made our stay better, was if it had been warmer. Nothing anybody can do about that. Will definately recommend this house and Reed Real Estate to others.

Sit and swann
We have rented this home away from home for the past 5 years. Enjoy the location and comforts of this rental.Everything we need is there.When we have needed help with air conditioner not working or problems with the internet, Reed Real Estate has always been there and assisted us very quickly. Other than the fact that the rental price goes up every year, we have no complaints. But that is to be expected as owners insurance goes up every year also. Would love to come sooner and stay longer, but that is out of our budget.
