Welcome to the home of Sun-kissed Happy Easy Days, A.K.A. The S.H.E.D. This home sits directly on the white sandy beaches of the emerald coast. To call this property gorgeous would truly be an understatement. With its vaulted ceilings, open-concept kitchen, spacious bedrooms, and direct access to the beach via walkway, this home is sure to impress! On the ground floor, under the home, there is ample parking. This space is covered and is perfect for a family barbecue in the shade.
Upon entering the first floor of the home, you are greeted with a beautiful, fully furnished living room with a small bar. The vaulted ceilings accompanied by large gulf-facing windows in this room are stunning, filling this space with bright natural light. Additionally, there is access to the spacious back porch, furnished with a variety of seating, but our personal favorite is the porch swing. The porch has a boardwalk leading directly to the gulf, making the short walk to the water even easier. The kitchen is right around the corner, fully stocked with updated appliances and who could forget the adorable breakfast nook with a view of the Gulf? Laundry is also located on this floor, beside the kitchen.
Whether you’re traveling with friends, family, or even if you just want a luxurious home with plenty of space for you and that special someone, The S.H.E.D. is a dream come true for any beach lover.
This home is not pet-friendly. Minimum Age Requirement of 25 to rent. This home rents Saturday to Saturday during peak season unless it is a last-minute booking, the calendar is broken up or the dates are approved by the homeowner.
